Specific surveillance CCTV operator tests administered to assess competency and skills of potential Control Room operators. It is to be noted that the requirements for a CCTV operator are unique therefore selective profiling techniques are applied.
These are tests that are designed to measure the candidates’ suitability for a position based on their mental capabilities and behavioral style as evidenced in their response to a series of questions. The candidate’s response (or lack of) is measured against the personality characteristics and cognitive abilities identified as required for the job role.

Commonly known as a “Lie Detector Test”. The polygraph test records and measures the physiological changes that occur when a person is asked a series of questions. The response is utilized to determine the truthfulness of the response.
